Business licensing
Roomi Rent LLC is registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan under TIN [pending publication] and operates under the applicable licenses for online platforms and electronic commerce. We maintain ongoing compliance with the Ministry of Justice, the State Tax Committee, and the Migration Service for all services we facilitate on behalf of users.
Regulatory references
Our operations rely on and comply with the following instruments of Uzbek law: Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 475 of 25 August 2022 (tourism tax, Annex 3); Law ZRU-1074 of 10 July 2025, effective 12 October 2025 (registration at place of residence and place of stay, including the E-mehmon and E-xabar berish systems); Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (12% personal income tax on rental income; 12% VAT; minimum rental rates indexed 7% upward effective 1 January 2026); Presidential Decree UP-180 of 4 October 2025 (special tax regime for foreign citizens, effective 1 January 2026); Law on Personal Data (data residency in Uzbekistan); Civil Code Articles 547, 548, and 553 (general lease provisions: lessor's obligation for major repairs; lessee's obligation for current maintenance; right of renewal).
