The agreement between you and Roomi Rent LLC for use of our platform.
Roomi Rent LLC is a limited liability company registered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. We operate the roomi-rent.com platform and associated mobile applications.
We connect people who want to rent accommodation in Uzbekistan (guests) with people who offer accommodation (hosts). We are not the owner of any listed property. We do not provide accommodation ourselves.
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You must provide accurate information including your legal name, contact details, and nationality. For stays longer than 30 days or where compliance requires it, you must complete identity verification through MyID (citizens) or passport + liveness check (foreigners).
Bookings are binding once confirmed by both parties. Payment is held on your card at booking and captured on check-in. Cancellation rules depend on the host's selected policy (flexible, moderate, or strict) and are shown before you book. Tourism tax collected under Resolution No. 475 is non-refundable once the stay begins — it is remitted to the state budget.
Hosts must own or have legal authority to rent the property. Listings must be truthful and photos must be current. Hosts are responsible for providing the accommodation as described, keeping it safe and habitable, and meeting health and safety regulations. Hosts authorize Roomi Rent to submit E-ijara lease filings and E-xabar berish residence registrations on their behalf.
Guests must respect the property, the house rules, and the neighbors. Guests must provide valid identification for verification and for compliance filings. Smoking, pets, parties, and other restricted activities must have explicit host approval.
You may not use the platform for illegal activities, discrimination, harassment, fraud, or to circumvent our fees. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Roomi Rent provides a booking platform. We are not liable for the conduct of guests or hosts, except as provided by our Guest Protection and Host Protection policies. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you to Roomi Rent in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the economic courts of Tashkent.
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
